Weekly, Monthly and Extended Stays Available Rates are single or double occupancy and are subject to 11.5% Florida sales tax.

Requests for specific room/suite assignments are accepted, but are not guaranteed. Assignments will be made upon arrival.

A deposit of 50% of the total booking, plus tax, is required to hold a reservation.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations and early departures significantly impact us. Therefore notice is required in order to receive full refund of deposit.

14 Day Advanced Notice Cancellation:

30 Day Advanced Notice Cancellation:

Cancellation notice must be made prior to arrival with the exception of Prime Dates whereas the cancellation notice must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations canecelled within 3-14 days receive a refund of 75%. The remaining 25% of the stay will be non refundable. Prime Dates reservations cancelled within 30 days are non refundable. No-Shows will be charged for one night or 25% of the reservation, whichever is larger.
